This show was devoted to The US Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) Band which serves as an outreach asset for the U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command.
The TRADOC Band performs numerous concerts in support of local, regional, and national events, including festivals, inaugurations, and both city and state commemorations.
The band's various ensembles frequently travel throughout the country, performing several concert tours each year. In addition to its outreach mission, the band also serves as
the primary ceremonial unit on Forts Monroe, Eustis, and Story, supporting numerous military ceremonies, and performing for visiting American and foreign dignitaries.
The band forms a number of ensembles including a Concert Band, Marching Band, Jazz Band, The TRADOC Rock Rock Band, The James River Ramblers Dixie Band, Brass
Quintet, Jazz Combo, Fortress Bones the Trombone Quartet and a Woodwind Quintet.
The Commander and Conductor is Major Tod A. Addison and we would like to thank him for permission for the band's music to be used during the show and also, in particular,
First Lieutenant Sharon L. Toulouse the Executive Officer and Associate Conductor who helped assemble the material for this broadcast.
