Welcome to the JED pages plugin. This feature allows you to create pages on any topic and then  select who can view them and edit them.

One of the uses of the Page is to create articles that will be added to the relevent page in the military equipment database in the form of a pdf file. You can add/modify the page at your convenience. One it is finished tell me and I will convert it to pdf format and post it in the relevent location. All that is asked is that your article be about a specific family of military equipment or a specific variant. Please avoid talking about several different familes of equipment.

The types of page are as follows;

• Encyclopedia Page - extended general background for the equipment.
• Recognition Page - List &/or image(s) shwong recognition points.
• Specification Page - All the relevent measurements, weights etc.
• Appendix Page(s) - Pages about specific items/images etc of the equipment.

When creating the page in 'Pages Title' create the title in the following format;

[Country] [Article Title] [Your Name] [Type of page]

This is used to create the banner title for the pdf document.

In the Access drop-down menu select 'Personal' until or unless the article is already finished. You can keep coming back and editing it until you are satisfied with it then you can let me know and I will pdf it for you.

If your quite capable of producing a pdf file then please go ahead (idle git mode kicking in here!) and I will send you a template (Open Office version only) so you can do it.
