The Advanced Composite Armoured Vehicle Platform experimental vehicle is moulded from an aerospace-quality E-glass-epoxy composite material and
produced by DERA and Vickers Defence Systems. The concept offers ptential savings in weight and excellant fire-resistant qualities. Bolt-on armour can
be added to increase the vehicles protection.
