| DHIM has developed the Korean Armored Fighting Vehicle (KAFV) by reinforcing the firepower of the standard KIFV. It has a 40mm high speed grenade
launcher and a 50-caliber machine within an enclosed weapon station. The KAFV would be operated as a fire support vehicle in the mechanized infantry
and cavalry units. One man turret is operated by a gunner and the target is observed by day and night sight.
