| The C-3 series of circular, plastic bodied anti-tank mines are designed to damage or destroy a vehicle by blast effect. The mine body has a large diameter fuze cavity centered
on top. The mine has no provision for anti-disturbance devices although expedients can be used. The plastic used in these mines deteriorates in bright sunlight and the casing
has a tendency to split. This could reduce the operating pressure of the mine.
The large circular pressure plate contains the P-4-B fuze and detonator which is the same as that used in the P-4-B Apers mine
