The Grendel P-30 was only the second semi-automatic pistol to use the .22 Winchester Magnum cartridge. The P-30's main claim to fame was it's high capacity 30-round
magazine. However the weapon had two major problems to face, the first was that many did not consider the 22 Winchester Magnum to be a reasonable pistol ammunition and
secondly gun legislation was soon passed which included the P-30 by virtue of its hiogh capacity magazine. By 1998 the weapon was no longer in production.
