This particular section covers all mass-production small-arms ever produced, with the exception of those "Firearms" that use 1mm to 4mm, Centerfire, Rimfire, Percussion or
Pinfire ammunition. These are covered exceptionally well on Derek Dredge's Miniature Firearm
Collecting web site.
The reason we cover all small-arms is because, whenever I pronounce that a certain weapon was not in military use somebody produces proof of some obscure army using
them! So I now cover all the bases by listing them all!
For the purposes of this directory a revolver is a chamber loading weapon as typified by the western six-gun and a Pistol is a magazine loading weapon.
